Palm Oil in Peanut Butter

Oh, and why is that? The only real reason I was concerned about soybean oil was the phytoestrogen content. From what I’ve read, Canola is farily decent, though not quite as good as Olive Oil.

I dont know where you guys get your info, but Canola oil is high in Mono-unsaturated fats and is a high source of Omega 3. I think Canola is the 2nd best cooking oil, being 2nd to olive oil. Olive oil being the best, but I do know that soy oil has a higher saturated fat content than canola, and i dont know how anyone can say soy oil is the same as canola. Some ppl need to read up, so I agree with you dude.
