Pain 3 Days Later, Is This Normal?

I took my first shot ever 3 days ago. Pain wasn’t to bad but now on the 3rd day it’s super pain full and hurts to sit down . Took a point 7 of 250 mg, testenthate. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thsnks
