Evolution thanks for posting, could you elaborate on which specific lifts your 30 day Anavar cycle brought up?

Two more questions for you Thomas:

Do you take the 50mg all at once or do you split the amount up for two or more doses per day?

Also, is there any lift(s) in particular that you have noticed your strength increase more than others?

I ask this because I often hear many AS users reporting that their ‘upper body’ strength increases more than their ‘lower body’ strength, although that could also just be the fact that many men don’t train their legs nearly as hard as their arms/chest.

In lay words i was benching and squatting 150lbs X 10 X 4 sets before start and it went up 200lbs X 10 reps X 4 sets. I have no clue how i got this shear strength may be it was my first anabolic. sides were high like Insomnia, Decreased HDL, Increased platlet count and mild shut down…

Dose split twice a day.

Percentage-wise, I’d say strength increases are similar for every lift. I made ridiculous gains on my squat last time, but the % increase was probably the same as everything else.

1st time was a jewel got stronger, lean better definition and a “natural” hard look staied around 60 mg added about 6 lbs

2nd time was so so, stayed around 60mg but went up to 100 to finish my supply I was using creatine as well but my diet wasn’t as good as should - in oteh rwords I wasted some Var.

I never did PCT and lost some of the muscle…???

run for 12 weeks both times

Trough my experience I’d suggest:

Start at 40 mg and probably cruise at 60mg unlikely will have to go over 80mg.

You start to really feel and see it at the 2nd week.

8 weeks is enough 12 you are risking therefore make sure you have blood work done before mid and end of cycle.

Do PCT anyways as you will not be able to know if you are really taking Var.

Watch you diet and magic will happen

Work out 2 days and rest one no matter what day of the week, if necessary take 2 days of but avoid working out 3 days in a row unless you are 25 or young.

If you work properly you will end up with a killer physique and much stronger.

you got all those sides on 5mg/day for 30 days? are you kidding, or what?!?

i’m calling BS on this…

Probably meant 25mg x 2 tabs.
