Optimal Bench Variations for Body Type

Hi CT,

Although not tall, at 6ft 2" I would put myself as above average height. However, I recently measured by arm span at 6ft 7". Evidently I do not have the best dimensions for a good presser.

Could you suggest which bench variations would be optimal for my body type?

I am currently following your 6,6,6,3,3,3 programs with 2 press days consisting of 2 main strength movements followed by 2 movements alternated in a strength capacity faction.

Are slight decline bench and rack press from mid point good choices for both strength and strength capacity?
