Your doctors are fixating on your Total T number, it’s better than mid range and just don’t have enough knowledge to treat you, they are just going to keep denying you TRT because doctors are hesitant when they don’t know what the F*** they are doing.
Doctors are taught in range is normal, your levels are in range, this is why you are being denied TRT. Most men need Free T levels at the top to feel normal.
Yep. Upper mid range total T and still dealing with most of the symtoms. Only reason I haven’t started already is because I don’t wanna go on without knowing that I tried my absolute best to raise naturally first. Still a tad overweight, broke my hand recently so I can’t really work out. And could tighten up diet a bit more
If you really want a script just do ugl for a while then stop for a long enough period and your levels will be super low. If they won’t prescribe you with total T of 100 then just move to to the US. We have cooler accents anyway.
Yeah, that’s the plan, might just say fuck it and begin the plan within the next couple weeks. I mean hell I can always PCT with nolva down the line if it doesn’t work or I wanna give natty another go. Kinda been super depressed lately and don’t feel I can go on this way much longer. Maybe down the line when I have my fit my shit together I can see where I’m at natty wise. Idk its a really tough decision
Don’t know why my replies aren’t tagging properly
You know it, but I will answer again that I have the same numbers like you and I plan to start TRT, but first will try HCG mono.
I’m repeating myself so you know you are not the only one in this situation. Also a respected hormonal doctor advised me I can benefit from TRT a lot.
My biggest concern is fertility and Im exploring now the options to freeze sperm, use HCG and etc.
How do you get your iron up? You inject?
Could you please elaborate on this part?
I just had a second blood test done and the test result was 14.5 nmol/L which is around 415 ng/dL. The endo I just got referred to said that this was right in the middle of the range, and wouldn’t be a reason for any of my symptoms. I paid a lot to see him, I’m thinking it might be worth just buying some and trying it myself.
Because it is within range, but most people are symptomatic at this value and need higher.
The endoc is wrong, but this is what eny endo would say.

The 70+ year old American president came in at 470 dude. If you’re symptomatic then 415 TT could be the cause. What was your free T?
The test was for Bioavailable test., it came back at 8.5 (2.5 - 12.0) nmol.

I think thats diff than free T but I may be wrong.
What testing methodology was used? If it’s the Direct Immunoassay then your levels could be off by as much as 40%. Equilibrium Dialysis or Ultrafiltration are the most accurate.
Direct Immunoassay over estimates Free T levels.
@systemlord how do you get your iron levels up?
You can take iron supplements. Not recommended unless you have a real deficiency though
Had blood drawn and RBC was pretty low. Doc recommended I take an iron supplement. I was wondering if there were other options.
Low libido, struggle to concentrate, no energy or motivation, depression, anxiety which is also starting to come out in places like heights and walking over bridges.
Your bioavailable test is double mine I feel like garbage
