No sir it is not untrue. We have all been getting updates from attorneys on the proposed changes. Also read the fine print at the bottom of what you just posted. States are implementing their own rules. But you can believe it’s not going to happen all you want but unfortunately it is. So I think you’re not looking at the whole bigger picture and what states are doing as well. As I have mentioned Hawaii for instance you cannot call in a controlled substance from another state even if you have seen them in person. You have to have a physical location in the state of Hawaii in order to prescribe testosterone. Hawaii is just one example but other states are following suit. But these propose rules that even you have just posted are going to shut down the purely telemedicine clinics that don’t have a physical location. There are mail in testosterone and anabolic steroid clinics on every social media platform now and those will come to an end thankfully. So yes purely telemedicine clinics that don’t have a physical location will be shut down
I wasn’t referring to you. I was replying to someone else saying this only affected SII drugs. I clearly replied to the wrong post.
You actually are the only one making sense right now and you are 100% correct in everything you have posted.
A lot is going on behind the scene, and there are a lot of players. We’ll have to see how it all shakes out, and even then there may be more change later on.
How is “transgender therapy” not off-label?
If anyone is interested in supporting tele-medicine & online trt clinics, it closes tomorrow
Wow I’m just catching this conversation. This really sucks as I just changed my TRT provider from a in-house to Defy medical. It’s made life a lot simpler as now I don’t need to go into a clinic for every injection and I can do it myself. I left a comment, hopefully they reconsider.
I’m hopeful testosterone will get a waver. I’m not aware of anyone that’s ever died as a result of TRT with normal levels.
Agreed. Nice to see a non-drama and clickbait filled video on this subject for a change
I was considering starting with them. First time TRT. But after how extensively I’ve educated myself and pretty much would only accept the plan I know I want to start, I’m just going UGL because what am I really paying for at this point? A paper permission slip for the hall monitor? Lol nah
