On TRT, Can Things Alcohol/Lack of Sleep Still Drop T?

So you don’t buy that if you remove the part of the blood (plasma) that contains the testosterone, that testosterone levels will drop?

The math on this one is pretty simple. If you take something away, you have less of it, until you add more.

For a given volume of blood your T lvl is the same. You did not thin anything out you lost blood and T in equal proportions.

I always thought being on TRT meant levels weren’t really effected by things other than stuff we know can directly effect hormones. Maybe I have been wrong? My wife swears I get grumpy after sex when I have been on TRT. I always thought she was crazy. or maybe its me lol

If you donate plasma, they remove the plasma portion in a centrifuge, and put the remainder of the blood back including almost all of the red cells. The plasma contains stuff like T, E2, SHBG, etc.

I am of the thought that donating plasma would lower T levels, due to changing the ratios of the blood. If straight blood is donated, I can buy that levels (ratios) remain the same.
