hmmmmm… those of you who use spinach in your omlettes, do you lay it flat in the pan first, or do you break it up and put it in your egg mixture prepan?
Actually, I usually just take two massive handfuls of spinach and stuff down my gullet chased with water. Spinach doesn’t taste good enough (to me) to put in a perfectly good omelette.
Ham, green pepper, onion, and cheddar cheese.
Four cheese blend and salsa. Add chorizo if you’ve got it in the fridge.
