Oil Companies Refusing to Up Production?

You worship at the alter of materialism and greed. You belong to the cult of the self. Truly embarrassing.

And your an imbecile riding on top of Mount Stupid on the Dunning-Kruger Curve:

Not funny!

It’s actually really funny.

Maybe you should read and listen more on how to be successful.

Hilariously funny

Man that sounds awesome. My #2 goal after buying a house is to have a chunk of land, just to plant trees, garden, camp, and hunt on.

My grandad always said the cliche, “they aren’t making any more of it son, so buy as much land as often as you can.”

You mean to be materialistic like you and join the cult of the self. No thanks.

Being successful doesn’t exclude the successful person from giving most of the fruits (money) of his success to his favorite charity or cause.

Sounds like a cop out because we already know you aren’t capable.

And it’s funny that you think I’m materialistic. Money is a means to an end. Idgaf about actual money. It’s the freedom of what it allows me to do and provide for others.

Do I like nice things? Of course.

Could I do without them and be happy? Absolutely.

At the end of the day the only true things of intrinsic value are my family and friends.

Looking back at life, thats my only regret is not buying land…but it was hard to do in florida only making a few thousand a month

No it does not.

Definitely not cheap in FL and certainly not now. Property taxes also suck.

Why I always recommend a plan for the land to in someway make you enough money to cover the property taxes.

Because that is mostly what you talk about. It is your definition of success.

It’s the most commonly used metric in life that is objective.

Also we have been in threads literally talking about business and the economy which revolves around - yes money.

I can’t even with your stupidity.

My nephew bought 9 acres near the villages for half a mil last year…it could be sold for a mil now…its ridiculous what the prices have become and like you said property taxes have doubled and insurance has sky rocketed

my condo could be sold for 300 thou and in my opinion its only worth 150
