A lot of people are worried about being dependent on China to the point where they completely control us.
Are they more worried about China, or more worried about rising price levels?
Funny, I haven’t heard of this.
What? Mark Levin didn’t tell you this. I’m sure if Rush was still around, he would have said so.
People who think the TARP was it, are just swallowing more propaganda. And you just let them indoctrinate you w/o asking any real questions. No push back. Just accepting the narrative.
And once again, you’ve answered nothing because you don’t have an answer.
Sorry, I misstated - the total interest is around 1 Trillion for war debt currently and at the current spending rate for wars / military will rise to near double digit trillions in the next couple decades. This is coming from Brown and other academic sources.
You link an article that doesn’t even understand the difference between lending and guarantees…
They also don’t understand that for each consecutive draw the first has to have been repaid.
I mean if these articles can’t even get that right or agree on how to factually look at this issue I don’t know what to say to you. I don’t have an answer? Your answer is completely laughable and does not address anything in reality where the adults play.
You keep being woke though and calling us indoctrinated and accepting of the narrative. It is just hilarious considering your inability to accumulate wealth. But, you have all the answers economically, but I guess you just can’t apply them.
I say bring everything back and go isolationist again. Let the world burn and worry about ourselves. Stop being the world police and giving OUR tax money across the globe to pieces of shit countries that don’t like us and invest it in infrastructure / jobs here. Let them figure out their own problems.
To price gouge the public some more. But I suppose that is okay as long as they’re making more profit.
Absolutely brain dead.
Refinery profits from Shell in 3 months.
Does this mean you are okay with it?
Are you sure? Like Greenspan said, the issue is to set up a system where the products are there to buy so that the new money can purchase.
Where?
So are you now admitting that tax cuts for the rich don’t work?
Neo-classsical, is more like it.
You would have to define rich.
By some measures, I would be considered rich. If you are talking about the ultra wealthy, then sure. Tax cuts on the ultra wealthy are pointless anyways as they don’t have income like you or I think about it.
The large majority of us are taxed far too heavily as is. I do everything in my power to pay as little tax as legally possible and I don’t blame anyone else for doing the same. Government is a monumental waste of resources and tax dollars.
Why haven’t they price gouged for years up to this then?
Why would they invest in something that is being pushed to be phased out?
Again, where is all your wealth if you understand economics and business principles so well? You have been asked this numerous times and don’t answer it.
It might be able to be done better, but it sure couldn’t be more expensive.
And the corollary: It might seem like an outrageous price, but it couldn’t be of poorer quality
“It is a popular delusion that the government wastes vast amounts of money through inefficiency and sloth. Enormous effort and elaborate planning are required to waste this much money .” ― P.J. O’Rourke, Parliament of Whores: A Lone Humorist Attempts to Explain the Entire U.S. Government
And of the other developed countries with universal healthcare, that pay about half as much often with better results. It seems like the private sector is a monumental waste of resources and money.
Nice dodge. Your specialty!
Absolute bullshit!
You can’t stand the fact that the way federal economics works render you irrelevant.
Because now they can use inflation as an excuse. Like loads of other industries.
Phased out by who? The guy who says he is not banning fracking. Or the party who takes bribes from that industry.
So to understand economics, you must be rich?
How much experience do you have with these universal healthcare countries? I am pretty sure we have been through this before. You have no real life experience yet claim to be an expert on everything.
Pot meet kettle. Again, where is all your wealth?
Oh really? Please provide proof that it is bullshit.
I will never be irrelevant because I have money unlike you…
You talk about the greed of oil companies. So, why aren’t they increasing productions and still price gouging on top of it for even more money? Nothing you say adds up logically.
I would figure that being such a master of economics and business you wouldn’t be poor and would have considerable wealth.
Or are you unable to practice and employ what you preach because it doesn’t work at all?
The world is run and will always be run by the haves and you aren’t one of them.
And you must be the expert apologist for the for profit healthcare system. Most, if not all, other developed countries have a single-payer system but I am supposed to believe they are all doing it wrong when we are doing it right. When the stats say otherwise. How much experience do YOU have with single-payer systems?
So it is your contention that the folks who wrote the articles are either dumb or ignorant but you know. Right, bwhahahaha… Your hubris knows no bounds.
Of course not. It is just what economists and other political pundits have been saying for months. But it goes against your indoctrinated narrative so you can’t accept it.
What does federal taxes not paying for programs have to do with this?
The world is run by oligarchs and if the current goings-on continue, their time will be up.
When did I claim to be a master of either?
More assumptions.
My hubris is backed up by results and a very solid track record.
Yours is backed up by absolutely nothing.
A lot actually in the legal side.
Intimate knowledge with Canadas, Frances, and Italys healthcare systems and I’ve experienced all three firsthand.
Yours?
And a complete ignorance on federal economics. Believes trillions were paid for by raised taxes and the selling of bonds. Chides others for not showing proof just like him.

So why don’t politicians run on getting rid of these awful wasteful systems and get the superior profit based?
