x2

Stache alone = gay.

Beard alone = ghey, or Amish, or Abe Lincoln

Stache and beard combo = manly WIN![/quote]

Ditto… When I was out with back surgery I just let it go for over 2 months. I totally looked like a terrorist. I just trimmed back up last sunday, but I still wear a full beard. It’s he only way to go. The chicks seem to dig it. My wife has developed this weird beard fetish. Even when my stache was hanging below my bottom lip she still liked it…

[Edit:] Actually, I looked a lot like my avatar, but darker…

this is what I call proper facial hair…

I feel like the anti mustache sentiment comes from people too insecure to rock the mustache.

Maybe. But some of us (me in particular) can’t rock the 'stache without the beard. I have a weak chin, and a big stache would just emphasize it even more.

lol

Actually, no. Stache…YES Beard… YES!

Today I went to home depot and I saw a dude rock a mexistache. All I could feel was rage that I am unable to grow some lip warmers like him.

I don’t have an anti stache sentiment, I just like it with the beard…If you can rock the stache you have my admiration…I can’t I’d look like pole smoker with just a stache.

Check it…

How on earth is that different than being too insecure to rock it?

Observe the stipulation, my good man.

I’m FULLY secure rockin’ the stache, but ONLY accompanied by the beard.

If I could rock the bars like you I’d do it…I got a gap there. I’d have a mexistache, that shit ain’t going to ever happen. When I let it rip for two months I did consider rockin’ the megalong stache. It was one of those civil war jobs. Stache hanging below the bottom lip, moved when I talked. The problem was I kept chewing on it when I ate. That got pretty old fast.

I didn’t like it much either, I just wanted to see how far I could go. It’s nicely trimmed up now. I could do a '70’s neil peart mustache. I got that kinda growth, I can do bars strait down.
I do like the full beard…I don’t try to make it too neat, I pull a little off the neck and that’s it. I don’t believe in over shaping it. I think it looks thin and weird when people do that.

It is my duty to keep this thread alive.
