O-Lifts Helped What??

I had stuck o-lifts in my training protocol about a month or a month and a half ago (lately because of all the new articles on it I’ve been finding out what I’ve been doing wrong hehe).

I noticed that my guitar playing has improved a lot. I suppose from the added grip strength (my forearms are all popeye’d now).

Chalk another one up to olifts, ay?
