Hey T-Folk, a quick question (couldn’t find anything on search). I’m getting addicted to those rice biscuits, they’ve brought out S&V flavour and I’m eating a damn pack every couple of days. Now I always have these with a protein shake (not after training), so I figure it can’t be too bad… I know there’s very little fat in them. But aside from them possibly being full of high GI carbs, is there anything else I should be concerned about that may be in these things??? Cheers.
