This is exactly my situation on my right shoulder. I was doing hanging stretches warming up before working out and felt like I just stretched it too far. Been really uncomfortable to sleep on that side since and even range of movement is compromised. Doc gave a shot of steroids into it to help heal and essentially that shoulders take a long time to heal and to go easy on it.
I like the plan. Drop that ai. I’m tinkering with my trt protocols. Had low low e2 before trt. At 100mg a week split in two 50 mg shots= E2 27. At 120 mg per week split in two 60 mg shots = E2 29.
GO FOR IT!!! There is absolutely nothing wrong with once a week injections. I think once every two weeks is a bit much but to each his own. I do 3.5 day split because it makes sense to me. Listen to your body!!!
Been about 2 weeks. Dropped the T by about 25% and stopped the Anastrazole completely. So far not much difference although my shoulder pain is clearing up a and the oily skin is decreasing a little. Not much change with libido yet.
You shouldn’t feel anything after 2 weeks of changing the dosage, you won’t hit a stable state until 6 weeks and it may take longer to feel those changes.
I don’t like to start out on TRT with a bunch drugs, you’ll never know what’s doing what. TRT only and then add things later. I’ve hear a lot of stories of guys stopping HCG and then started feeling good.
