Hey guys thanks for keeping my thread alive while I was gone lol appreciate it. So got labs done last Friday (April 19 2019) and my Toral T went down from 1000 to 611 but my e2 went from 62 to 12!! I was taking .5mg of Arimidex twice a week (1mg total) for about 3 weeks. So I guess that explains my libidio and fatigue issues! I’ve stopped Arimidex (April 19th was last dose) and my doc wants to increase my TRT dose to raise T and e2 levels. Is this the best course of action?
You just stopped arimidex, correct? You should wait to make any other changes until you see what effect this has. Upping the dose right now on top of that could slingshot your levels, and it probably wouldn’t be a fun ride.

So now you know what a high E2 (62) and a low E2 (12) feels like what do you think?
They both suck and feel almost the same. There is nothing wrong with a TT trough of 611.
I like hardartery’s suggestion just see what no AI does at this dose. If you are allowed to give your own shots let the doc up your script just don’t take that amount. This will allow you to build a small stash of extra T for a rainy day. To boost your E2 coming back sooner just do one shot a week. anastrozole has a very short half life it will be out of your system in no time and your E2 will come back fast.

Ten days for armidex to leave you I believe. Take one shot for the week (don’t split) that should kick it back up. Do it again week after if still feeling bad.
I would take the extra dose ants save it in your cache!

Can benzo’ cause a drop in libido?
Absolutely, benzos can murder libido and erectile strength. I actually had hypersexuality with or without benzos, but most see a reduction in libido.
Be careful, bezos are known to cause permanent memory impairment and screw up brain hormones. There are countless people who have not recovered from benzos.

This sucks! Trying to get my e2 level in the normal range has been a huge pain. My symptoms now are: constant headache, zero motivation, no libido or morning wood, constant sleepiness but insomina. So miserable! Is my e2 still low or rebounded since I came off AI and is now high? Please help!
Could be too high.The AI has a really short half-life (2-3 days usually), so it will be out of your system quick. The test does not change like that, so… do you have bloating? When is your next bloodwork?

No really bloat…actually feel smaller and flat. I just don’t know what to do. Is insomnia a tell sign of high e2?
High and low are very similar. You could still be low. It just sucks until you level out.
Hello guys. I’m doing ok. Still fatigue issues but mainly related to insomina. Why do I seem to have sleep issues and a loss of muscle mass when my e2 is out of wack?
