yep pretty much. They’ll be lucky to get another game if they play like yesterday. I saw absolutely no passion from them.

Yeah, and that first game they really shouldn’t have won either.

I will still hold out some hope though.

They need Hossa back!

Fact.

Headed downtown for the game tonight. Should be a shitshow.

Will the Blackhawks take it tonight? I’m leaning towards yes.

It depends on who shows up. Boston at home with their backs against the wall or the hawks who have refound their game with momentum? I don’t think that the hawks win a game in Boston tonight and this becomes a best of one series on Wednesday.

should be interesting. Toews injured but playing, and Bergeron even more injured (not sure what) and probably still going to play, even though he missed morning skate.

Great playoffs. Congratulations to the Hawks and their fans. Stunning defeat.

That was a crazy end to a great series. Now…what will I do until football?..

Bruins fans have to be just about as stunned as Spurs fans were in their game 6(granted this wasn’t to win the cup for them, but parallels are there). From 2-1 lead to 3-2 deficit in 20 seconds to lose the series, doesn’t get much harsher than that.

Honestly it was harsh, but I felt that had we won that we would be delaying the inevitable. Just looked too tired.

That ending was insane. My hawks had a crazy season this year, total domination.

It was an exciting finals but I wouldn’t say the hawks were dominant over boston.

I guess I didn’t elaborate. I was referring to the crazy undefeated run they went on early in the season, and having the determination to finish what they started. Boston was definitely near equal with the hawks. It was a blink of an eye from a 7 game series.

this city was absolutely nuts last night. holy shit.

I would call it almost a perfect match up. Totally earned by both teams to get into the final. But 2 goals in 17 seconds… electrifying to say the least. I was sure it would go into OT when it was 2:1 Boston. I’m sure the Boston locker room was dead-quiet when all was said and done.
