Ducks have Bobby Ryan now suspended for 2 games. That hurts.
After watching a few games i feel the Caps will beat Detroit in the finals! I love Ovi but it would be nice to see the Canucks win it or even San Jose. Fellow newfoundlander on san jose - Ryan Clowe - and i always liked thorton and marleau.
If the Bruins lose this series and Claude Julien has a job next fall, I will be extremely upset.

Yeah he’s a real tough competitor. He’s the “sand paper” on San Jose, the saying Brain Burke i think made popular.
I was working in his hometown for a few weeks 3 or 4 years back and the guy had a lot of admiration from the locals. He’s apparently a real nice guy. And believe me coming for a small town, your own can tear you down in a small town. 
Mostly envy in a lot of cases.

The refs almost pulled an upset for the Coyotes, neither should have been a penalty IMO.

But if Helm got 2 minutes, by comparison Doan’s hit deserved at least that much.
Same shit with refs calling Vancouver every time Hawk got hit hard while letting Chicago get away with similar hits, although this might have smth to do with Torres’ recent suspension.

some of the calls were iffy but to be fair he did judge a bullet, by modern standards at least, on the seabrook hit

Flyers are starting to wake up. I felt as if I held my breath for the last period. Killing that late 5 on 3 really felt awesome.
Pens special teams are awful. Tampa is 4-11 on the PP and the Pens are like 0-14.
Somehow they are still up in the series after last night though. If this doesn’t go 7 games I’ll be shocked. Hopefully Stamkos doesn’t get going.
