agreed, game 7 = awesomeeee. don’t really care who wins, lightning or bruins. As long as one of them beats the Casucks.

butthurt, not really. If the Hawks beat the Canucks, they wouldn’t have beat the Preds… the more I watch the Lightning, the more I want them to win.

I don’t think we will have a problem cleaning house if we play the Lightning. Dwayne Roloson is unreliable, moreso even than Luongo, plus we will physically destroy them. They have neither the grit nor Tores.

Canucks v. Boston will be closer. I hope we get that series.

Boston’s defense is superb.

Agreed. My money is on Tampa Bay.

Bruins all day long

Boston is going to take it…

Guy Boucher

That would’ve been nuts.

Although I hate the fact that the Sharks aren’t in it, this is am epic Stanley Cup match up.

Two HUGE hockey cities, America vs Canada, power vs speed.

Can’t wait.

You’re just bitter.

I, on the other hand, am not bitter

you are right. I am bitter.

But… regardless, this final is shaping up to be sweet. Bruins-Canucks… two teams that can bring it.

I will say though, that if the Sedin’s get their shit together, and Luongo stops playing like such a queer, they will win.

LOL

Hmm lets see…winner of back to back president cup trophies, won the gold medal for team canada during the olympics, has single-handedly taken the team to the finals for the first time in 17 years. Yep sure playing like a queer. I bet some of you also think he should score his own shots.

After what i’ve seen from boston in the last game, if they couldn’t beat TB no way they’re gna take the canucks. They’re far too weak on the power play and wont be able to set up the shots needed to get past luos style of goaltending.

Barry Melrose picked Canucks in 6. That pretty much means they don’t even need to play the games:

The EA sports NHL simulator picked the canucks to win by game 7, and so far it’s been right in every one of its predictions, except for when it picked sharks to win by game 5 rather than it being the other way around.

Best Playoffs ever!!!

I hadn’t thought of it as Canada vs US…I guess I’ll have to bust out my team Canada jersey, spam the forums and be an obnoxious Canadian hockey fan like we are =D

I will have to be rooting for Boston since my beloved Red Wings blew what might’ve been a historic series comeback. The Bruins are an original six and U.S. team with a rich history. Nuthin against Vancouver and truth be told they’re about due for a cup as well. I’m a big Luongo too fan too so whoever wins is cool I guess.

Naturally I will be rooting for Boston then. The only thing I have to wear though is my Red Sox shirt, which hilariously enough is in French…

It’s time.

What are the hardcore fans of Boston or Vancouver doing tonight to watch and celebrate?
