Check your DHEA levels…

Was that to bcostigan41? I will say that I dream more and for longer (is that a good thing though) and have better recall of the dreams since supplementing with DHEA. Ive always been a lucid dreamer but since supping its several times a week rather than once or twice a week. Probably helps that I quit booze too though TBH.

Looking for some suggestions as to what might be up with me. I quit alcohol in September and I’d say since about two weeks after quitting my head has been in the fucking clouds real bad. I gave up my nightly 5-HTP because it was somehow making me tired the next day. Since dropping it I have been a lot better but the cloudiness persists. I changed my dose from 65mg x2 a week to 70mg x2 a week but have never felt anything like this when changing protocols before.

Its almost like I feel like Im not committing anything to memory day to day. I can recall things if I need to so the memory is there but I always feel slightly absent from my body. Does that make any sense? Im being patient with all the changes my body and mind are going through but does anyone have any guesses as to what might be happening? Easily distracted, cant focus, dulled emotionally, and libido is good when it needs to be but never urgent.

I have been consistent with my sleep (7.5 - 8), my eating, my gym time, etc. And other than dropping the 5-HTP no changes in supplements.

Damn brother sucks. Sounds like my life. Ive felt like that for years. It could be a chemical addiction and the aftermath of withdrawal. Not sure really. I wish you the best of luck. Hope you get it figured out. Have you done any bloodwork since feeling this way? If you have given up alcohol then maybe its the profound effects on the liver and the production of shbg has changed? Metabolizing estrogen differently?

I think with 2X week injections, you could be still hitting some pretty massive peaks and valleys with testosterone and E2. That being the case, you’ve been busting your ass brother and I’d dare say that your BF % is probably down a bit, making for a little less aromatase and conversion.

Just like with diet, things have to adapt as your body comp changes. I’d be willing to put money on the fact that you are more sensitive to the fluctuations now since your body is firing better.

You may do yourself justice by moving the injections closer together and getting a little more stable at this point.

It’s just a theory though.

I know it was from two weeks ago but I can concur with the boost of confidence that T gives. For me it’s most evident when it comes to females. I was in a 7 year relationship until not long ago and since being single have started using online dating sites (mainly for fun) and my confidence is readily apparent to women even through text. T makes me feel like John Wayne when I walk into a room.

I’d pay a lot of money for this feeling. Hopefully it happens sooner or later

Bro if I’m completely honest it took a long while to get that feeling. I think those type of effects took close to a year. Even though early on I looked great and knew it my confidence wasn’t what it is now. It’s one of the reason I try to tell folks to give it time. I wonder how long I prolonged the onset of those things by making mistakes but on the other hand you have to make the mistakes to learn them. Hearing them only goes so far.

Thank you both @bmbrady77 and @alldayeveryday. I think you are both right and its going to take a while for things to settle down and yeah a blood test is probably in order just to gauge what’s up. As my body learns how to function properly without a daily stream of ethanol products I can expect there to be some mental and physical adjustments. Less aromatizing, proper liver function, proper adrenal function, etc. There is a LOT going on.

Do you have any thoughts baby genius @unreal24278?

FWIW @dbossa @unreal24278 @alldayeveryday I received and email from him this AM that I had been refunded. Sure enough paypal account has a $500 credit. I never actually reached out to him, he emailed me yesterday verifying my paypal and I acknowledged last night.

That’s good news that you got your money back. I’m still a little shell shocked with all these revelations. Going back and thinking of all the stuff I’ve tried and bought because of his recommendations… Has me questioning a lot… His posts seemed so full of great insight and not bro-science. So crazy.

Ive shelved the L-Taurine for the time being and the 5-HTP but have continued with the Mag Glyc at night because that shit really works. I need to look into Boron more.

Ive changed my dietary habits as well based on the nutrition he outlined. Not saying its all bunk but def of question at this point.

I haven’t gotten money back YET… but perhaps I will!

Im hoping you will man. Im sure the bitcoin takes a bit more to navigate than a paypal credit.

It does, to acquire the bitcoin can be a pain in the ass. I have a method however after lots of practice in which I can acquire BTC in under 1 hr… BUT it comes at a price… the excess fee is close to 5%

For some it takes days to acquire!

Coinbase and bitpay have a setup where you can buy/transfer it really quickly if you’re using a “confirmed” account, but I’m sure there are fees. I’ve always been dealing with amounts small enough that I didn’t really care about 5% or whatever
