I just dont take in enough calories on a daily basis. Ive been running some masteron and that seems to make it even worse. Ive never been so damned hard though. I love the aesthetic effect. Iām hoping when I drop back down to trt levels I will lean up some more. Iām only taking boron and nolva so id imagine my e2 is a little high on 500 mg test e a week.
What does the masteron do?
I have heard great things about it. People rave about their libido. I cant say ive noticed much in that regard. My libido is great anyways though. The aesthetic effects are obvious though. I just look way harder. More defined. I look at old pics now and its like āWow I was so softā
Iāve heard about the libido side too (similar to Proviron), but never did anything for me the few times I tried it. In hindsight I think it was because my E2 was already low so it wasnāt a good thing for me
I was concerned about masteron taking my e2 to low and crashing but (no bloodwork) I dont think it has. Iām considering doing some bloodwork this week just as a data point but Iām pretty much done with this blast.

Itās what my coach programmed for me. I like it so I didnt ask a lot of questions. He seems to prefer foods that are easy on the digestive system so there may be something there.
Ive done a little research (google) and it seems to be popular for glycogen replenishment. Cant ignore the countless links saying it makes ejaculate taste better. It seems to have some other health benefits as well.
Oh and anti inflammatory properties

Thats the way to do it boss. People dont treat their legs the same as other body parts. Most people love doing drop sets on chest and back but as soon as you mention a drop set on legs they run away on their skinny legs
Well I am forging forward. I think I have a drop set day per part per 4 week cycle. So week 1 legs, week 2 chest/shoulders, week 3 back, and week 4 bis/tris. I do āenjoyā them, the pump is amazing, but leg day drop sets are brutal.
Iām very confused by this statement. Are you saying you do legs for 1 week and nothing else? So its 3 weeks till you get back to legs?

Yes I used them the last time I did labs for pregnenalone I believe. Works the same as the others. Pick tests, purchase tests, print lab rec form, make appt on Quest website or just walk in with slip. Results in 2-5 days usually but depends on the test(s).
