Thanks coach!

I am 47

Are you shooting test prop or TNE?

You know he aint

I feel the same way @NH_Watts. I feel just as good at 100-160. I’m currently running 300 mg per week and I’d say I feel better at my trt dosage.

How would I know? I legitimately have no… waiiiiiiit, it’s probably at the start of the thread… Wow that was a massive flooptorp from @unreal24278 (flooptorp in this instance meaning screw up)

Yah man I was having stupid high levels and actually didn’t feel good st all. Once it lowered I started feeling good.

I think more T just helps you recover faster and that’s about it. Sure higher hct and etc but that’s it.

Faster recovery = faster muscle rebuild = fitness or gains. Gains in most sports are exactly that. Break down muscle and rebuild stronger. You get faster because muscles are stronger. Body builders do the same but they want to put new muscle on new muscle faster.

Ever done a blast?

This latest protocol at 60mg EOD (210mg a week)for 8 weeks is the highest I have even gone. I guess some would consider it a blast but I am just feeling out the waters to see where I feel best.

Feeling best is what it’s all about man! That’s why I love Dr Keith so much, screw chasing a number in a lab range.

I’m on 210 a week also

I would really love to put on 15 pounds of lean mass over the next year or 2. Not sure if that’s possible with my genes, or at that level of T for a 40 year old. But my diet, sleep and training are on point.

Well I am 47 and I would guess that I am up at least 10lbs LBM in the last year. It will happen. Focus on training, diet, sleep, and recovery and then repeat that over and over.

Amen Watts. Nutrition and eating enough calories is my weakness. I want to get on some kind of nutrition plan. I’m thinking about John Meadows mountain dog nutrition. I have so much respect for him in general because he has so much knowledge and has accomplished so much. I’ve been looking for book recommendations but havent gotten a single one.

He’s a smart guy! We have super similar approaches to this stuff in most cases and if he clicks with you you should go with it!

Did you buy John’s Ebook, ā€œBrutality of Mountain Dog Trainingā€?

That’s my next step. I was looking at his website last night.

Hey man, you look like you have a pretty good trap-to shoulder-width ratio. My traps grow like weeds, even without direct work. My wife finds them repulsive when I work them directly lol. My lateral delts could use some help and I was wondering if you had any suggestions beyond lateral raises as those seem to only take me so far.
@alldayeveryday

Damn that’s a pretty strong word to use in reference to her husband’s body. Are you allowed to tell her what parts of her body you find repulsive?

Lmao she never said that verbatim, she’s actually a kind person. I could just tell from her visceral reaction upon touching them after a workout.
