Pretty sure all the packages that include Test and E2 are the ultrasensitive E2 test. You can get just E2 as well: ā30289 Estradiol, Ultrasensitive, LC/MS/MS (Note: necessary lab process requires 5-8 days to receive results) E2-Produced In Ovariesā

Oddly, he never received an SHBG score over this nearly year long thread. LOL That panel will probably enlighten us.

In the middle. I inject every 3.5 days (84 hours) so this was 42 hours after injection.

His free T is almost 3x the top of the range, typically people who consistently have very high SHBG will have low free T as a certain amount of testosterone is bound to SHBG, although a certain portion is also bound to albumin. This individual probably doesnāt have high SHBG, just a good response to drugs

So if I do come in low like you, what, if anything, should I be doing differently? To what effect? What is your protocol based on being lower SHBG?

My doc upped me from 100mg to 120mg a week, reluctantly. I really wanted 150mg but weāll see how close I am to upper ranges of FT at next bloods. My FT was very underwhelming, lower end, at 100mg a week, twice a week shots. I want to MAXIMIZE the T prescribed to me; ie, every day pins and more of it. I felt wayyyy better when my FT was in upper ranges before I naturally crashed to below normal. Iām at about 70% of how I was feeling at 48, just before the crash, I know I can reach 100%, with the uro upping my script, or notā¦
I pin 17mg SubQ into belly, EVERY DAY. 120/7=17.14
If I donāt feel too much better on this new protocol and the bloods show FT still underwhelmingā¦ Iāll supplement T myself, to get there, if my URO wonāt.

Pin timing has interested me. When I first started, I was pinning in the morning, before the showerā¦ But once I was about 4 weeks in, I could feel an uptick in my well being and energy around bed time.
I wanted to maximize that feeling and take advantage of time sleeping as time passed, but not time I really had to wait for the effectsā¦ so I started pinning at night before bed.
Big change for me. I notice about 12-16 hours after a pin, Iām feeling much better. Iām getting the most of the test I can while Iām awake.
I know we metabolize test differently, but have you ever tried pinning at different times of the day for an extended period to see if that helps?

Lower doses and more frequently are a protocol that seems to work much better for many low SHBG guys, yup!

You just made me think of doing it. Okay, I will try that after next bloods if still an underwhelming FT score and no improvement from current 70% feelz. Thanks! :))))
A few quick searches in here say that low SHBG does not equal high Free T which I have.
Search some more. Pretty sure lower SHBG guys generally get higher FT numbers on same dose. Follow systemlordās low shbg posts. High SHGB need to do larger doses and less frequently in order to overwhelm the body to hang onto FT.
Bu yeahā¦ varying opinions for sure. All I know is that lower doses and more frequently IS working better, FOR ME. :))) YMMV

Guys with lower shbg will generally have a higher than normal FT level. And therefore, likely higher e2.
I started back eod shots as my shbg is 23-27ish. Yes, itās not too low, but I have felt a difference with eod shots before.
I do 30mg test eod mixed in same syringe as 285iu HCG.
