Also watch because Sub Q supposedly lowers E2 as well. I never did IM so I cant say.
Yea I was taking a 900 mg Curcumin Extract every day for some joint pain. It helped tremendously. Unfortunately I think it made my liver SHIT out all my e2.

Well SubQ for 4 months and I have had 3 E2 tests in that time.
2/23 - 57 with no AI
4/11 - 40 taking anastrazole
5/23 - 65 with no AI
I take 425mg curcumin and double that if any swelling or pain. I will def consider it as well if E heads south.
I think youāre on the right track man! Howāre you feeling?
Honestly, Im feeling great. I did have a bit of a cry last weekend watching an emotional documentary, and then again retelling parts to my wife, but that has never been uncommon for me to find empathy in things. Honestly I hope I donāt callous to such things.
Afternoon tiredness has finally (mostly) subsided and I have a bit more evening energy. Libido is good but not tediously high. Gym strength is up and recovery is amazing. Fat still dropping off and muscle continues to build. Mental acuity is on the upswing and I have stopped pausing mid sentence to find the words Im looking for.
I did notice back acne starting to show its face but may be more due to my homes AC currently being down for the last 2 weeks and sweating at night due to heat.
Heightened sense of well being lately and finding joy again in menial tasks. Focus is getting better.
Had labs done yesterday and waiting on results. I have a NEW endo appt next Friday. Not sure what to expect. Good credentials but so did the last one. Open mind, open mind.
The last couple of weeks I did some dose cycling as mentioned by @physioLojik. I was at 62.5mg E3.5D for 3 weeks and upped it to 70mg for a week and then down to 55mg for a week and this week on Monday only shot 50mg. Havenāt really noticed much of a difference in any way except for last night (mentioned below). Interested to see where my numbers sit. Prob mid-high for T. Im taking CalD and DIM so interested in my estrodiol as well.
Endo didnt order a blood count panel so I will have to get RBC and hematocrit tested on my own in a few weeks just to be careful.
I had a weird bout of bitchiness last night and could not shake it. I have been so even keeled for months it was very strange. Iām wondering if maybe my estrodiol dipped too low given my lesser shot on Monday. I also havenāt had a drink since Sunday but honestly wasnāt even thinking about that. Oddly enough I have been getting a good amount of sleep too so it wasnāt that either.
I worked up to pulling 315 x 10r this morning which may be a PR so the gym has been good.
Very easy for Drs office to call lab and add a CBC. Am sure they have enough specimen.
So what. Being a bitch once in A while would be true even if not on trt. ![]()
Maybe I will next time. I did consider writing it in like you had mentioned in the past but decided to just get it done. There will be other tests.
I hear ya but it was very pronounced. My wife was like ājesus what the fuck is up?ā I almost felt the shift from even to irritable. In the past I could remove myself and bring myself back (pre TRT) but I felt like I was gone. Cleaned up and went to bedā¦told my wife I had a bad day which wasnāt really true.
You played around with dosing a little recently, maybe E2 caught up.
Iām interested to see where your E2 lies with your CDG and DIM usage.
Remember to post up your labs and protocol when you get results.

Yeah kind of what I was thinking. Maybe the DIM and CDG are a fine dose at 62.5mg E3.5D but too much at 50-55mg E3.5D. Timing couldnt be better since I had the blood work done on the afternoon of the bitchy night.
I will def post.
TBI and testosterone: Tip: A Hidden Cause of Low T
Been listening to Jay Campbellās podcast for a while now and most of them are pretty good regarding testosterone optimization. This particular one touches on T ranges and also on NOT using AIs to treat estradiol numbers. Focusing on treating the patient and not getting hung up on numbers. He even mention the ExcelMale forums and some folks chasing numbers even though they are feeling great. Just thought Iād share: Testosterone Resistance and the Importance of Treating by Symptom, Not Numbers w/Dr. Keith Nichols - YouTube
Itās all about symptoms resolution, the way doctors are trained sets them up to become like a robot, unable to form their own thoughts, like the military.
When doctors start asking me how I feel and not just go by the numbers then we will have something. The only reason my doctor asks question like ādo you feel downā or āhow often in the last year have you felt misunderstood or isolatedā is to see if he should get me on an SSRI. The doc in the above podcast said, and Im paraphrasing, āif a patient feels better at 2,000 than 1,200 then I will shoot for 2,000. The ranges are arbitrary.ā āDoctors are scared to shoot for anything over mid-normal which is a number that has changed.ā
I ask every patient these questions. Finally people on this board are getting it. Stop chasing numbers.
Thereās this guy on another forum who has very high 90 SHBG and requires a Total T slightly above ranges in order to have enough Free T to remove all symptoms. He felt amazing and his doctor freaked out and dropped his dosage and have induce erectile dysfunction (low T) and gave him Cialis when the problem is low Free T.
Itās sad.
Speaking of which - whatever happened to KSMAN? did he just stop posting ?
Itās a good question. I have not seen him active in a while. I hope he is ok. Looks like his last post was Jun 26.
I noticed KSMAN disappeared when summer started, seen him pop in here on occasion.
