NFL 2013

Interesting fact- The Seahawks are 3-0. The other 5 NFC playoff teams from last year are a combined 3-12.

That’s funny. Probably means the Giants will win the SB.

And who would of thought we would be saying that the Jets would be the best team in New York by now?
Excuse me… I think I got jumped on for thinking the Jets might be an 8-8 or better team…

You know, stats and all that.

Lol in defense of those who jumped on you, noone saw this coming.

In all fairness as well, they barely beat a shitty Bucs team, and their loss is against the Pats, who will lose their next three due to the first three teams they played being bottom of the barrel teams.

I think Miami has a real shot to take the division.

Brows must be gunning for Manziel ;)
No way shape or form Johnny football makes the NFL game
Why do you say that? I am just curious what you think… Manziel is obviously extremely talented. He’s immature, but that will just come along with age.
To me it comes down to body size, arm strength and between the ears.

Manziel has one of the three.

Did anyone think Joe Flacco coming out of Delaware of all places would do what he did?

Well Ozzy Newsome did, cause Joe has the three above.

Big Ben, from Miami of Ohio for fucks sake was a out of nowhere, now between the ears was a little shaky but he has the other two in spades.

Someone will take a chance on Manzeil hell its the NFL jobs are on the line, but I will state it now that he will be a bust. Just like Tebow.

Does nobody remember Andre Ware?
Well, I agree he doesn’t have size, but that is something that can be remedied. Height is helpful but not totally necessary as Russel Wilson is proving. What Manziel has is ridiculous talent. Of course he needs to continually hone his craft, but his starting point is way higher than others.
There is no way to tell, who will or will not succeed at the NFL level, but I think in the end Manziel will be fine. His maturity is his achilles heel, IMO. Of course he is very young, but he does need to get that under control.
So I will duly note your thoughts, though I think he will be a successful NFL QB, in a couple of years. I know he’s coming out next year, but I think he needs to give it another year in college. Get some size and some maturity and he will go further in the NFL.
As far as his draft stock, if the draft were today, he’d go high. His stats are off the charts.

Damn you Aldon Smith… You friggin idiot!
Yup. Complete idiot that needs to grow up fast. DUI’s should be dealt with harshly.

I believe he will be suspended for at least 1 game or more for the simple reason that he in the eyes of Goodell is tarnishing the NFL shield. He’s a “habitual line-stepper”
I’m a Niners fan and have been my whole life. With that being said… I think a 4 game minimum should be the suspension for a DUI.

It’s complete BS that guys are able to plea down and get out of legit DUI’s and avoid punishment for them. I mean look at Marshawn Lynch. He got a DUI a year or more ago and STILL hasn’t faced punishment for it.

That is ridiculous.
Especially when you play in the NFL who has a special program in place to come and pick your drunk ass up anytime you call.
Or you can just take a limo. Seriously, if I want to party, I don’t want to be bothered with driving anyway. If I could afford to ride around in a limo, I would definitely do it.

That’s part of the problem, but i’ve seen other QBs like Brady do pretty well with some terrible WRs.
Correct, very poor excuse for Kap.
Yep, especially considering that the niners are the ‘super team’ this year in terms of their roster. Now Kap has not even play 16 games yet, there’s bound to be a learning curve. He is human. On the other hand it did appear he had both of his eye brows, welcher.

Great start to the season for Tannehill
Yeah Miami is legit they have a good defense and a Tannehill is solid. Looks like the AFC east will be competitive this year.
Well, I think this will taper off come the second half, but who knows. They could be a dark horse this year. They sure taught us(atl) a lesson and I hope it takes or it going to be a long season. Now it’s the same problem we’ve been having the last 2 years, we just got away with it last year and it seems we are not going to be able to get away with it this year. Atl has a problem with the number 3. We cannot convert 3 downs, we tank on both sides of the ball in the 3rd Q. We cannot stop our opponent from converting on 3rd down and when we get into the red zone, we take 3 shots for the end zone and then kick for 3. It’s something that we fans have been going nuts over, but winning masks all that.
Now we have to deal with it. I am glad we got this lesson taught early in the season. Hopefully we will fix in now. If adversity is to come, I want it early. Of course half our team is injured, that doesn’t help at all.
The bright side is Osi and 'Quizz had a hell of a game. Props to those guys.

The 49ers choked badly.

Andrew Luck and the Colts offense moved the ball at will.

I would keep an eye on the Indianapolis Colts, they look solid on both sides of the ball, and have Adam Vinatieri as a kicker.

Have you not seen Brady the first 3 games? Yes they’re winning but he’s about to rip their heads off. That’s what no Woodhead, Hernandez, Gronk, Welker will do for ya.

Haven’t been this excited about my Dolphins in a while. We beat two very good teams (Atl and Indy) and both the offense and defense are playing well. But as I have been taught many times before, it is a long season and anything can happen.

Assuming Brady and the D carry the Pats, they are your biggest test in the division. Miami will win the home game in December v the Pats, and if they can sweep the Pats, it is there division.

I am so amped today. Just last year I had to hear all the bandwagoning Giants fans talk shit, now they are now where to be seen. Gotta be down in the good times and the bad. Tennesse will be the best defensive test for us yet. Miami will prove a tough opponent as well, no one saw the fucking browns winning I think I shat my britches. Powell stepped up in a big way Hill and Holmes looked in great form. Geno was on point as well I like his confidence and the fact he doesn’t throw into retarded coverage like buttfumbler.

Josh Gordon looked really good in his first game back for my Browns. I know we barely beat a fellow bottom-feeding team in the Vikings, but with him on the field we actually appear to have a suitable receiving core again.

Sunday’s win caps a week of speculation that Trent Richardson wouldn’t be the last player shipped away as the front office accumulates draft picks. Responding to a report that Josh Gordon is on the block, Chudzinski said there are no plans to trade the explosive pass-catcher. Asked if fellow receiver Greg Little could be dealt, Chud emphasized, “We have no plans on any trades.”

Kind of like the Cowboys have been the past two years Matty, horrible OL, no RB’s and your QB running for his life.
You must be loving every minute of it!
Actually no. The NFC east looks like total shit this year, we used to be the beast of the east and most competitive division in the NFL. Now we are not even close.

I did not see the game but a goose egg and Car score that many points, it sounds horrible.
Which still gives the Giants a shot. They still have alot of division games to go.

Looks like they already have an offer on the table for Gordon…

Like I said the first four games are winnable. Tennesee is a very winnable game. The Titans are no slouch but the Jets have an excellent shot. Its the next 6 games after that are very difficult and will make or break the season.

Yes there are man, but I will say at this early in the season I am seeing the Dallas defense at a level that I have not seen since Jimmy was coaching. They are swarming to the ball and getting turnovers. Makes my heart feel good. Our O line is finally looking a little better, I really like the center.

G man will straighten up I just have a feeling it will be a little to late this season.

Thats only if they get back to a running game.
