Okay I will give you a pass on some things.
One you are from Canada so stop using ya’ll
Two please explain how Romo is pass (dont even fucking know what that means) his prime
Expound on how great Phillip Rivers is?
I agree Romo is good he just needs to get it done when it matters. Also I would throw Cam Newton in that mix if your going to put all the other guys in there, but he needs to have a break out season and lead Carolina to a winning season.
Dont let ESPN fool you, Romo has no running game a porous OL and a defense that could not stop even the Raiders. Yes he makes mistakes but that is small to compared to just keeping them at a .500 team.
I compared his stats to brady and their pct in each quarter is not all that far apart. I stand corrected I thought he sucked in 4th qtr’s you think Jerry would buy him some OL men and some decent RBS. PS I hate michael vick and sanchez any other qb who makes excuses kills dogs or sucks in the 4th qtr. Newton was amazing and stole rookie of the year from Dalton/aj green, which he deserved, too bad he’s on a shit team and his lead receiver is going to retire soon. He cries to much at press conferences as well.
Romo is a really good quarterback for 98% of the game. That 2% in the final few minutes of games that matter is where his wheels come off. The Giants have two superbowls that Romo could have kept them out of by making a clutch play (hitting a wide open Miles Austin streaking down the middle of the field, he overthrew him by 10 yards). He just cant make the plays when they matter the most. Flip side of that would be Eli, plays like crap for a while and all of the sudden he’s like “Aw schucks, guess I better win this game now.” Is there really a Dallas fan anywhere that is thinking, we’ve got this, when Romo enters the 2 minute drill?
