Skins win!!! Although it’s not that comforting CHI still racked up the score like they did with the 2nd stringer. I’ll take the W though.
So DEN-WAS game? That should be another game with lots of scoring and no defense.

I just saw that penalty at the end of the Jets vs Pats game and as lame as a penalty it is, it was the right call. It is a pretty stupid penalty though…
It was as obvious of a violation of that rule that you could imagine.
Edit: in other words if you don’t call it there you never call it anywhere.
Agreed & it was just put into place this yr. The refs have been told to look for it & call it!
I’m also glad to see karma bite NE in the ass. Ever since the tuck rule game, they’ve had a lot of things break for them. Good win for the Jets.

Yep.
How in the world did NE ever turn him loose? What’s the story there?

From what I read, he wanted WR1 money and they said they weren’t paying a slot receiver WR1 money. He felt disrespected as he did everything right, didn’t hold out of training camp or anything like that during negotiations and thought he had earned it. So he made a demand, they didn’t oblige and he left for a slightly less lucrative contract than he would have gotten had he stayed.
This was all from memory so details could be wrong. Might want to check me on some of this.
Bradford and Reggie Wayne both done for year with ACL tears…
Doug Martin is done too
Wow injury weekend. Cushing is probably done for his career.

Word on the street is that the Rams are taking a look at Tebow.
Theres been talk on local radio, that Ryan had alerted the refs before the game about the Pats propensity to commit this penalty…if thats the case, kudos on Rex, shrewd move.
They finally gave the ball to Ivory…that was old school ground and pound…34 rushes? thats unheard of nowadays
My dad has been asking about Tebow for a while now. No matter how I explain that he is a pompous fraud he will not listen. I hope he comes back to prove again that he can’t QB with a set offensive plan that is not built around him.
Yes the jets victory last night was all the better because we beat the Pat’s, Gronk sipped a few too many tailgating, dropped some balls, Geno was pretty impressive and the Defense was looking good. I agree with the comment about that rookie on Denver what the fuck were they thinking giving him the ball in that situation.
In the grand scheme I think the lost was good for Denver because we know how 16-0 teams fair in the playoffs. Lets them regain focus and know they gotta play every snap.
@ STRUNG OUT YOU SAID FIELD GOAL IN REGULATION FIELD GOAL IN OVERTIME WILL DO YOU GET A PASS

Fucking 32 teams, & you pick this one…
My friends were amazed at my ability to predict everything that happened in the AFC East yesterday 10 minutes before it would happen. Its been a long 22 years of being a Phins fan.

Can anyone explain to me why you allow Hillman to touch the ball in any type of critical situation? Why was he even in the game. He game them nothing in that situation. Not a blocker, less of a middle runner than Moreno or Ball, and a fumble machine just like Ball. Peyton didn’t play well at all either though so its not really just his fault, and Welker is amazing. I am done now.
Let’s face it people. Manning choked. Just like he does every year except once.

Didn’t play great, no. Choke, not quite. He still put them in position to win in the 4th despite some early struggles. If Hillman doesn’t pull a Romo, they probably win that game.
Better than every second week a la Romo
