I guess their 3 and 5 rings, respectively, don’t keep them as warm as one would think…

Are you ready for a Super Bowl in jersey?
I’m still not sure I understand why the NFL is doing this.
Because snow games are awesome.
Awesome if you don’t have a dog in the fight
True, but love snow games. It totally changes the dynamic which goes to your point, but they are fun to watch.
Imagine if the superbowl was as snowy as the eagles game this past Sunday and it was the Brocnos vs the Saints.

Man that could end up being an awful game.

I like the Saints at home against anyone, if they get the bye, Niners will lose in NO. And if they start to get a little momentum we will just turn the lights out on em haha
Ahha my buddy and I were discussing that apparently Ray Ray said it was a conspiracy, I laughed so hard when you brought it up. Most teams are good at home, also who ever thinks the or saints d is great being number 5 means your consistent more than most, the jets were ranked numero 5 like 4 games back and we all know what happened there. I rather see the saints make it than lizard king, I really like watching the sea hawks play as well.

The snow games are the best separates the men from the boys On kick returns you do one head fake and drop half the team lol.

Looks like Cousins will be getting the start in place of RG3 who will be inactive. I hate the decision personally but at least Cousins will get a chance to shine a bit.

I have no idea what this means anymore. Are we bailing on this kid already? That doubt will always be there

I bet shanahan will be gone before rg3.

The seasons already gone, and RG111 just doesn’t seem to be playing at a competitive level. I actually like the idea, it will let Cousins show what he can do for 3 games, then if he performs well the Skins can use it to trade him. They spent alot for RG111, from the second they got Cousins everyone kinda new it was to eventually trade him as long as RG111 proved he was a starter.

If Cousins comes in and plays halfway decent and they win a game, they better trade him. Do you really want fans to be calling for the backup next year if RGIII comes out still a dud like he was this year? This move creates way to many problems, especially if the Skins win. Potential locker room issues with your planned franchise QB and maybe even a QB controversy. Doesn’t seem like a good idea to me.

Right… that’s what I’m seeing too. That’s my concern for next year if we don’t trade him off- people constantly calling his number.

And I agree about Shanny. I was a little surprised/disappointed to see it hasn’t happened already. I can’t wait for Kyle to be gone. No idea who the hell is going to come in here and want to coach though but I think we will have a decent roster next year assuming we keep the correct guys and pick up the right ones…

I think it would be a mistake to get rid of Shanny. He will address the D in the off season.

Did you really think he could flip this team in 2 years? He needs at least 4 years to get a stable team with depth.

If Griffin is healthy enough to suit up he should suit up regardless of the shots he takes. I’d be fucking pissed if I was him. Same if I was a season ticket holder.

I donno man, I’ve got some die hard Skins fans in the family, and they are ecstatic he is sitting.

Is that because they think Cousins is more able to help them win or because they want to save him for next year?

They think Cousins will help them win now. They think RG3 tries too hard to make that “great” play vs just getting a few yard or the first down. Developmentally he’s just not there yet.

So they think he has Scam Newton Syndrome?

I think, they think he just hasn’t developed enough and the injury took him 3 steps back. A lot of RG3’s flaws were covered up by his ability to scrabble and run. Losing a step hasn’t fixed the flaws in his game that’s for sure.

What do they have to win by playing RG3? They’re already out of the playoffs, this season is done.

It’s a risk vs reward thing. The reward is nothing, the risk is him getting another knee injury and ruining his career.

RG3 needs a full offseason to prepare and needs to be healthy. He’s been sacked something like 25 times over the past few games… That line is atrocious and he should be sat to save him from himself.

Well, Calvin Johnson is probably gonna have about 500 yards on Sunday. Ravens rookie safety Matt Elam thinks Megatron is old (he’s 28) and if they get physical it’ll shut him down.

So dumb…

I liked megatrons response of “you’ll see my old man strength.” lol
