EDIT: I was under the impression (read or saw somewhere) that Gruden’s NFL salary is 9.5 million this year.
After researching it a little it appears that he is getting 4.3 million a year. So he makes NFL HC money for sitting in the booth and broadcasting 1 game a week.

Of course a win would have been nice, but I’m totally unconcerned about a loss @ SF as long as Seattle wins 2 of the next three. Seattle always has a tough time at the Stick and tonights game could have gone either way. If anything it will help focus the team and not let them coast into the post season.
