Belichick brilliant? Then why da fuk did he go for it on 4th down just now and set up the quick TD drive by Manning?
Sheesh, what an idiot.
Earlier McDaniels was jawing at him for kicking the ball. I would guess he gave in here and wanted to put the nail in the coffin being up by 3 scores and trusting his D much much more than last year.

Troy just hobbled off the field. He’s pretty much done. He’ll be a shell of himself when he does suit up for the remainder of the season. I’ve seen this movie before.

Troy hasn’t been Troy since 2010.
LOL @ Mendenhall fumbling, untouched, in the open field. I’m amazed he doesn’t fumble more with the way he carries the ball. He is an incredible athlete though, and I’m amazed he’s as explosive as he is 10 months after tearing his ACL.
Ben looked awesome again but got no help from his receivers (or the officials) this week. Too many drops and too many missed def. holding calls.
Willie Colon has the worst technique I’ve ever seen in an offensive lineman. Pop Warner kids have to run laps for occasionally doing the shit he does every play.
You got to be pumped with the running game and the D did not look to bad itself.

Yeah… I mean I called the Pats D draft picks as being the biggest impact rookies of 2012, and I stand by that prediction, but still a lot of season left.
All in all, I’m okay with the season thus far. As long as they keep getting better the Pats should make a deep playoff run. No ring this year though. Ravens and 9ers look too good. Houston and Atlanta can catch the proverbal lightening in a bottle too.

Yep, Mendy looked good. I’m with you on his lack of ball security even though he’s not considered a fumbler… He needs to hold it high and tight as they say. I’m thinking he dosen’t feel he can run as fast holding it against his body. I don’t know the mechanics of it it’s just something I think. Kinda like skating in hockey. You can get the most speed holding the stick with one hand but it makes it hard to score that way.
Colon is a roadgrater, nothing more. My Steeler buddy fucking hates the guy, more so than any other player is Steeler history.
I might have to hop on another bandwagon soon.
I give you credit for admitting it.
IDK about the Bears though. I mean Cutler is their QB.
If Grossman can take us to the Super bowl, by God Cutler can too. Lmao.
Not if he has a knee boo boo

Win or lose (today,) the Packers are pathetic this season. At this point we don’t even have a chance to make the playoffs.
No one looks particularly interested in winning games. We are never the aggressor - and are letting one of the biggest chump teams in the NFL dominate us in every aspect of the game.
SMH.
That 2nd half was awful. No excuse. Yes they lost Raji and Benson but at the very least, you can manage the game. Just pathetic

Starks or Green next week?

Honestly, both. They will go back to their 2-back system. Neither Green nor Starks can handle a load like Benson did/can. If anything, I see Green getting more playtime. He has shown more promise and Starks has done little outside of this 2010 playoff and SB debut.
Anyhow, Arian Foster seems like an interesting guy (apparently they call him a Renaissance man. Saw the short post-game interview on ESPN. Where the hell did this guy come from? I’m admittedly not very much of a college football fan so I don’t know if he was big in college. I just remember hearing about this rookie who was rushing for 100+ yards in multiple games a couple of years ago. I saw the same thing from Chris Johnson so I thought nothing of it at the time, thinking he’d wear down the hype eventually. To my surprise it looks like the guy is a top 3 RB in the league, if not the best.
