NFL 2011 Part III

Hey DJ. Are these players at any long term risk from all these x-rays and mri’s they get?

And is there any serious talk about Jeff Fisher coaching the Cowboys next year regardless of their record this year. Garret seems the type who would go back to OC and work for Fisher. Not too many HC’s could take a demotion so to speak and work for the guy that replaced you. Then again Fisher would probably clean house so the point is moot most likely. If memory serves you figured a playoff spot this year was pretty unlikely so this is all gravy for you no doubt.

Fisher would be perfect in Dallas, way better fit than the chin.

You just dont want to see the Chin with a star on his hat

I dont see Garret going any where. This season is our reload, training ground for him as a HC and with no off season a training for Rob and the new D.

I see Fisher either in Miami or San Diego.

I just hear from some of Fishers friends, Pat Kirwin and Tim Ryan that Cowher is kind of happy doing what he is doing. Dont know if he is getting the itch yet to come back to coaching. He is spending time with his daughter and with his wife dying just not in him yet.

Looks like Big Ben might be out for the 49ers/Steelers game next week. The ankle injury looked nasty, and as much as I dislike him for the type of person he is and what he’s done, he’s one of the toughest football players I’ve seen.

If he does sit out, it would be nice to get an easy win. Grabbing a first round buy and home field advantage has to happen.

Texans nice game and Congrats for first time in playoffs.

Yates actually looked pretty good. It will be amazing if they can survive the nightmare rash of injuries they’ve had to face.

Foster is a beast.

Go Ravens.

Not that this week was difficult or anything.

Jesus wins again

With the Chargers playing better I expect the Chargers vs. Ravens game next week to be a good one. Ravens have the much better defense, but hopefully it will be close.

I also heard NBC tried to flex the Broncos vs. Patriots game to Sunday night next week, but CBS wouldn’t allow them to.

I was at the Chargers game today so I didn’t see how the Broncs vs. Bears game ended. I heard Marion Barber fucked up somehow.

I’m getting sick of all the comparisons of Tebow and Jesus, I mean he’s pretty good, but he’s no Tebow.

^ Jesus made him fumble.

Is Gronk not the greatest TE in the NFL right now or what?

Barber went out of bounds when the Bears were tryin to run the clock out, and then fumbled in overtime.

EDIT - the run on which he fumbled, had he not fumbled he would have had open field and endzone for sure.

JASON PIERRE PAUL IS A FREAK OF NATURE!!!

Ahh, I see. Perhaps Jesus forced him out of bounds?

Barber fucked up bad. Not so much the fumble in OT because that happens to every running back, no matter how veteran you are. But him going out of bounds in the 4th quarter instead of running the clock… baffles me.

also, epic fucking game tonight for the Giants/Cowboys. That’s how prime time football is done. And thank you Romo/Manning for destroying my fantasy opponent.

After the Rodgers, Brady and Brees trifecta there is no QB I would want other than Eli
