NFL 2011 Part II

as shitty as that game was, that was some entertaining MNF…

I loved that battle between Ponder and Newton showcasing the NFL’s new era QB talent. Cam still has some growing to do (fumbles) and that’s scary. A lot of people are undermining in Panthers this year because of their record but that’s a highlight on their horrible defence and special teams. They’ve had one of the biggest improvements in offence out of anybody this year with Newton and a reinvigorated Steve Smith; old legs getting a boost by a young arm.

Rivers really Romo’ed that game.

Stay Classy San Diego…

LOL…
He can’t help you either if he is on his back…That team showed up to lose, period. Tebow didn’t do well, but neither did anyone else at all. That whole team looked terrible.

Yesterday was a bizarre football day. I am glad the Falcons were on a bye… or is it by? or is it buy?

LOL just kidding Pat, honestly I say screw it leave Tebow in the rest of the year, what do the Broncos have to lose…truth be told he does have the lord behind him so some divine intervention on the big guy upstairs part will have the country “tebowing” once again!

Lions you bullies! Suh is going to hell!
Maybe, but for saying Matt Ryan getting hurt was ‘karma’, not for ‘Tebowing’…
I do feel for Tebow a little though…Few players have a microscope as far up his ass as he does. Some analyst yesterday was criticizing him for keeping his mouth shut?! I mean really what the fuck? Damned if you do damned if you don’t.
Besides the entire Brocos team played horrifically in all facets of the game. It wasn’t just him. That was a team crushing.

Best one this year.

Yeah my team sucks as usual. Now the national audience gets to see what I see every week.
That’s alright, I am sure one of the announcers gave Rivers a conciliatory blow job after the game. All they talked about the whole game was how elite and awesome Rivers is… He pretty good, but damn.

He was really good before this year. He is pressing and trying to force throws that aren’t there. At this pace he is going to shatter his interceptions record easily. You can’t completely blame him though. The LT Marcus McNeil got straight up abused during that game. I think he had about 5 or 6 penalties himself.

Only player who plays consistently good is the safety Eric Weddle.

I don’t know if you guys previously discussed this but what are some opinions on the future of the Cowboys’ running game? Do you agree with them letting go of Choice and giving room for DeMarco Murray to develop?

Murray has definitely been impressive. Even in the Eagles game he rushed for like 74 yards on 8 carries, which is pretty damn good.

I don’t know what to make of the Cowboys. It seems like something different is wrong every week. So I guess, sure let Murray develop, but I ultimately don’t know what the answer is. Wonder how Austin would do at tight end? He seems big enough.

No I don’t blame him, well except for that fumble. It does seem a little strange though there are several teams with talent who aren’t executing…Lock out maybe?

Go Ravens and Go Lions.

All that needs to be said.

Cowboys need to learn how to utilize Miles Austin again… because he’s on my fuckin’ fantasy, lol.

Had to work, missed the game, no highlights yet so won’t comment accept to say holy fuck Pittsburgh beat the Patriots!

Next up is the Ravens. I anticipate a spirited matchup lol. It’s Sundaynight so I will be stewing all day about it.

That game shocked the hell out of me. Not that Pittsburgh won, but that the Steelers’ coaching staff actually crafted an effective game plan that was so different from what they normally do. The D played press-man on nearly every snap. The Steelers NEVER play press-man. The offense used a quick, rhythmic, possession passing game. The Steelers NEVER do that, it’s either pound the run to the right or throw down the field.

Hats off to Lebeau and Arians.
I missed the game, because I had no power and was looking for a way to heat my house so my family didn’t freeze to death, but hats off to Pitt. They kicked the Pats fucking ass from what I understand.

Only good thing about the storm and losing power, I didn’t give a flying fuck about the game this week, so I didn’t have to go through the torture of watching the D suck a massive cock.

Julian Edelman…sinner

I played high-school football with him, and he sat with me at my table junior year for prom. Sad to see him do something so stupid.

On a happier note, the 49ers are now #2 in ESPN’s power rankings.

Epic.

Between them and Stanford are you running around like this all day?
