NFL 2011 Part II

Agree. Has more to do with having something to prove, less with LT.

I had hoped LT would score on - coulda been a fun record for him to walk away with.

Was nice to see Greene actually do something. Until yesterday, knocking over that ref in the 'Fins game was the closest he’s coming to running through anyone in two years.

Maybe I should clarify some more.

Chargers aren’t killers. They play for Norv. They play soft in the second half and allow things to happen to them.

I’m glad the Jets won, they earned that one. And because our insomniac resident Jets fans got some sleep last night.

But where would the Chargers be if Rex was the coach

Waiting to read what Strungout says about this.

Tebow beat a winless, lame duck coach, QB from McDonalds team.

Lets wait until he plays a good team until we anoint him

Kid went out and threw two touchdown passes and won the ballgame.

Can’t really knock it. Can’t celebrate it too hard either, but definitely can’t knock it.
But looked like total shit first 3.5 quarters, how often can he do that?

I like what Parcells said on ESPN was watching on pregame.

Lets wait 6-7 weeks, take his body of work.

 1. How is he on 3rd down passing situations?
 2. Win-Lose record
 3. TD vs Int ratio

At that point you can judge on where this kid is, one game vs a winless opponent is not enough at all to judge, good or bad.
Agreed. I’m no Tebow fan, but he pulled it out last night, so hats off to him. I’d like to see his play over time.

I’m less concerned with his W/L record and more with his overall performance. I mean, Cam isn’t loaded with weapons and the Panthers’ record shows it, but nearly every week he’s come out and done something worth noticing.

LOL @ Rivers throwing the ball away on 4th down in the 4th quarter last play of the game and NOT knowing what down it was.

While Tebow won, I dont think you could gloss over the fact that he couldn’t do anything playing against arguably the worst team in the NFL for the 3 and a half quarters. Could you imagine if he had to play against the Ravens…UGLY!

AARON MAYBIN FOR THE FUCKING WIN!!!

God I love defensive slug fests.

but needs to speed up I need ot go to bed

What the fuck did I just watch?

The football equivalent of Ambien

Sometimes I’ll miss the MNF game because of family or work stuff and be mad that I missed the game. I looked at the box score this morning and am soooo glad I didn’t turn this one on.

Me too, I didn’t mind that game. Pretty glad the Ravens lost and showed once again that Flacco ain’t there yet. No deep threat for that big arm once Lee was out. I doubt this team can win on the road in the playoffs.

Up next Beans…Patriots at Pittsburgh. It will be an airial shit show lol.

It’s not who you play, it’s when you play them.

Unless its the Rams, Colts or Fins this year.

So… I get to go the Broncos/Lions game at Mile High this Sunday. For free.

In deluxe seating.

And? San Diego is terrible. Just terrible. How do they come off a bye week and play like that?

Because they’re awful that’s why. Zero drive or direction. Feels like they’re waiting for the other shoe to drop on them.

Can’t wait to read what Pat is goona say about Tebow.
I say they need to quit trying to make him into a standard QB. He’s not that and never will be. He needs some improvement, but improvement isn’t changing the way he plays. Trying to do that has never worked for anybody ever. In the last 5 minutes he went back to being who he is and did well. He’s just not going to stand in the pocket and play catch. That’s not him. Besides, the whole team is bad. But they did something they could not do with Orton, win.
Of course, they are playing the Lions next, I don’t expect them to win that one.

It wasn’t bad. I enjoyed it it was a defensive game all the way. Flacco looked horrible, hell the entire offence looked bad. It was way better than the Colts game. I couldn’t even watch it…I was embarrassed for them.

Awesome.

And maybe some karma will get back to DT-Suh this sunday. (listening to Rome’s radio show this morning and that DET-ATL beef btwn “Rodney” White and “Nathan” Suh is apparently still ongoing and def hilarious)

Well I’m back from a debauched weekend in London. The game itself wasn’t the most exciting it was always clear Chicago were going to win but we saw some good defense and I always enjoy the spectacle of a live NFL game. Unfortunately due to consuming obnoxious levels of alcohol I forgot to bring my Iphone therefore there will be zero photos.

Was super delighted re the Chiefs, I knew we would win but didn’t think it would be that comprehensive. Chargers are gonna win the division. No playoffs again for the Raiders.

Lol, I don’t have one. :X I may have to buy one if I can swing it financially, though. I’m definitely planning on wearing both Florida and Packers gear. Totally going to be that guy, lol.

So what’s all this now? Since the move I haven’t had cable and really been able to follow up on stuff too well.
