Ive got no idea I would just love to work with an NFL team. Im in business school at UVA right now, no idea what I wanna do in the long run. Got a little less than 2 years left to figure that part out.

Yes you have plenty of time, but what could you do with an NFL team and a MBA?
Paea- beast
newton- too much talk on him, someone will stretch for him and we will see what he does
von miller- hopefully he becomes the man
mark ingram- they say he was slow, i dont care he can produce and i think he will be a helluva nfl RB
julio jones- just made himself a top 10 pick
chicago bears release tommie harris. does someone else pick him up, or does he sign back with us for less? now if theres no good OL at our spot we can be looking for a good DT as well.

bro check out the site jobsinsports.com from time to time they post paid internships from AA baseball to NFL teams. Still waiting for my big break as well…unfortunately nothing yet.
Oh and DJ…back to back championship appearances is great but he didnt predict that, it is a slap in the face as a Jet fan that a coach thinks his fan base is a bunch of idiots. You cannot predict a SB win when you have no idea of your roster, its assonine and his antics are gonna get old real quick when his predictions ring hollow.

Thats the million dollar question.
Thanks for that website Matty I’m definitely going to keep my eyes open.
Damn it looks like the jets are gonna release Kris Jenkins, I know hes been hurt the past couple of years, but I liked the guy and was hoping he would get another shot. Woody and Taylor goneski.
Jets just waived Vernon Gholston.
I can’t wait to see Patrick Peterson tomorrow, I want the 49ers to take him or Von Miller if either are available.
I think Marcell Dareus looked like the best DT today. Fairley was fast, but small, and that’s not what you really want out of a DT, especially when he takes plays off as scouts have said.
The Bengals are starting to listen to offers for Carson Palmer.
Christian Ponder could be a great fit for the 49ers in round 2.
Sorry for the sentence vomit, I just got home from work…
i read an article saying that greg mcelroy is too smart for the nfl for getting a 48/50 on the wonderlic, really come on, lets not praise someone for doing well in both school and sport, nope shame on him for putting too much time into learning!!!

He’ll make a great backup at the very least. It would be interesting to see what he could do if he sat in a system for 2-3 years and then got a shot.
I will admit that I love watching it, but I think the combine should be the tiniest piece that NFL teams use to evaluate talent.
If I was a GM, I’d use college tape and interviews with their coaches to determine 90% of what I think about a player.
The combine has gotten blown way out of proportion. BUT I LOVE IT.
I think the Eagles should get some draft picks for Kolb. Maybe Cardinals or 49ers.

Got to do what you got to do. Taylor, Gholston, Woody, Jinxs (who I love, being he is a Md. boy) is all in line to hit the FA market & bring in Asomugha. Also go backs to what I was saying we would do w/the 30 pick, in regards to cutting Jinxs. Choose that fat bastard from Baylor. If the CBA works something out, Tannenbaum has said he would bring Jenkins back w/a restructured contract.

FWIW, after I graduated from college, I sent a resume and cover letter to every hockey team in my area. I just cold called them. I got a volunteer position with an ACHL team uploading all the game stats for the internet feed.
What I found out was that all those places offered internships to get your foot in the door. They get away with that because it counts as class credit. Even though I offered to do the intership anyway, I legally couldn’t because of labor laws. If I could go back and change one thing, it would be to have done internships for sports clubs while in college.
Make your connections now because when you do graduate, you will be competing against people who already have the experience. Just throwing it out there.

Maybe its just me Matty, I dont think he is trying to insult the fans. I think it is just his way, he has a goal and he is 100% resolved. Better than the mellow marshmellow Dallas had for the last 3-4 years.
Jets are cleaning house and getting ready for the draft.
BodyBuilding here comes Vernon.
Yeah maybe im being overly sensitive. I wonder when gholston will come out with his first TNation article?

This is what I have heard and when I am ready to retire from my current profession, I am going back to college just for this reason. My retirement plan is to be a scout. ![]()
^Damn shame bout Vern. If you can’t get it up & be ready to kill playing under Rex, you have no business being in this business. After watching Hard Knocks, Rex gave him every opportunity.

Give him a year, guy has 24 million for the last three years. So he will have the time.
Matty my team has won only one playoff game in 15 years. Dont be that guy who is pissy about only getting to two championship games. ![]()
I know I know…my bad im acting like a selfish yankee fan! Oh wait I am a selfish yankee fan!

Listening to Bob Papa and Ross Tucker this morning and they were saying the exact same thing. Nobody is going to really use this guy, some team may bring him in for a tryout but he will not make a team.
Also Von Miller if fucking unreal.
