Newbie

I’m a relative new-comer to weight training and have mostly focused on slimming down and aesthetic looks during my first year. Now I would like to really pack on muscle for strength/conditioning.

What’s the best way to start in power-lifting? Should I forget cardio altogether (my conditioning is of extreme importance)? What are the best supplements/steroids to use and in what combination?

By the way, I’ve recently moved to North Carolina so if anyone reading this is in the area I could use some local connections for obtaining HGH, winnie, etc etc.

Why is it that you already want to jump into steroids??? You say your new so you don’t even know what you are capable of naturally. Please take this little bit of advice from me, don’t touch steroids until you’re much more experienced and know what you’re doing. Alot of experienced BB mess themselves up with steroids and they’re alot more knowledgeable then you and you want to try it as a newbie.

If you’re willing to go to extreme measures for strength why not try the Anabolic Diet, and if you want to increase strength while maintaining fitness level I would recommend CW’s BB’s next frontier. I’m not sure how good it is for powerlifters but it works well to put on size and maintain decent fitness levels.
