Laws are made to safeguard the community from disease, violence, rape, among others.
When a girl accepts a free drink she doesnt pose a risk of getting or spreading a disease, of inciting violence or chaos, or of being raped.
When a girl accepts to suck your dick for 50 dollars, shes in a position to getting/spreadin STDs, of being raped/sodomized/forced into acts she doesnt want to do, because the guy is stronger and likely has no ethics if hes paying for sex, and shes more likely of being victim of a crime including murder as shell be vulnerable to people who are mentally disturbed.
It also promotes a degradation of values so that guys go out more often to pay for a blowjob. Their families/girlfriends/wives in turn find out, which can lead to higher divorce rates, child custody cases, violence between the couple, which may affect the child…See, if you promote the degradation of values, in the end,those of us who cannot restrain themselves will be caught in a bad situation because the only thing that kept them from paying for a prostitute was the fear of embarassment as his wife got his call from the local jail.

Ok, bubble buster here. I’ve been punched in the face for accepting a drink from a guy who had a girlfriend I wasn’t aware of.
My girlfriend and I have been followed to the parking lot outside a dance club (after asking the bouncer to walk us out and being refused because the prick was too busy hitting on a chick), we were each picked up by two guys and held on the hood of a car and most likely would have been raped had it not been for another group of guys exiting the bar and saving us. And one of guys in the “rape group” had offered us drinks and we politely refused them.
I have, and know easily a score of girls that have, accepted a drink in a bar only to find it’s got GBH or roofies or whatever the hell that date rape drug stuff is in it. Thank god, my girlfriend saw me staggering around and a guy she knew I’d never be interested in was groping me and she took me home. I have absolutely no memory of any of this happening. The other chicks that’ve been drugged have woken up in parts of town they weren’t familiar with - raped. Woken up on their front lawns - raped. Woken up surrounded by 5 different guys - raped. And at least 4 of those girls did end up testing positive for an STD.
So basically, nice fucking try. Bzzzzz. Wrong answer. A chick accepting a drink (or not accepting it as the case may be) can and does put her in the position for all those things to happen.
And what about the ethics of the guys in the situations I described? Yeah, they sure were upstanding citizens. Perhaps if these guys could easily go get their dick sucked (and it wouldn’t be for $50) they’d not bother spending a couple hundred bucks on the date rape drugs and playing the numbers game to see who will accept their drinks. They’d blow their load and go have a fun night on the town.
The “mentally disturbed” people you talk about are the ones forcing themselves on unwilling women. It in no way shows a person to be mentally disturbed to have sex with a consenting adult, regardless of monies exchanged.
Ya know, it just dawned on me why you’ve got these views you do. You must be completely white bread. You are probably a good kid. You probably grew up in a decent home and had relatively “normal” experiences. You probably have decent morals (as defined by Middle America). You probably are not overly attractive and have not had to deal with the extremes of emotion and situation that come along with being so. You probably don’t have many female friends, or if you do, they are not overly attractive or overly “strong” in their personalities. You probably assume that since you’d never use a date rape drug on anyone, and since you’d never pay for sex, and since you’d never offer a drink to a chick when you’ve got a raving beeyootch for a girlfriend, and since you’d never have your buddies hold a chick down and rape her for refusing your offer to buy her a drink - you must think that only those with “mental disturbances” do these things and these are the same “mentally disturbed” people that WOULD pay for sex.
