Ha! I will be on the Riverwalk next week participating in a close friend’s FOURTH wedding (I was at number three a decade ago).

Attire is to be jeans, boots and customized black t-shirts that say “Ronnie Mac and the 2nd Amendment Boys.” I will be doing the Open Carry thing during the wedding for emphasis. Texas T-Nationeers of like mind are welcome to attend.
You are gonna visit the Alamo, aren’t you, push?
Yep. I’ve only driven by it in the past.

Will do!
Do a few minutes’ research on it before you go, or you’ll be in for quite a surprise.
I checked out some of their website but didn’t see anything surprising. What did I miss?
Nothing at all man. Best spot on the river. They will love you.
Lol!

Off to Wikipedia I went. Mystery no more.
Well you should still drop in on Cortes’ challenge. Wouldn’t want to be Louis “Moses” Rose about it.

The service sucks but it’s good eats and a fun experience, especially if you’re gonna be on the Riverwalk anyway. I wish you were gonna be there just a week later. I’ll be in Arlington from next Thursday.

Hmm, you did say next week. I need to talk with you, push.

I probably won’t leave San Antone til ~ Sunday, the 25th.
The wife and I will be there that weekend for our kids cheerleading meet.

Well, we can certainly try and make something happen. Just told Cortes via email that I’m more than willing to make a good effort.
Cool have to see, we do not have the schedule yet for the meet.

When you stop by the Alamo, ask for the special tour. They should show you the cool relics in the basement. If not, then ask.

Peewee Hermans bike.

Yeah, and if you’ll start singing “The stars at night, are big and bright…,” in a crowd, they’ll clap four times and finish the verse in chorus. It’s quite the sight to see.

This is awesome

Angry Texan checking in.

I would overlap the Mexico and Absolutely Fucking Nothing sectors to cover all of West Texas though, a more accurate representation.

You can basically overlap Mexico and everything but Funny Smells. Those dudes are fucking weird though, I’d rather live in Actual Mexico.

What is it about northern TX that makes people angry drunks?
Proximity to yankees.
Feckless. So, when I move to Midland, what section does that put me in?
It’s a little dot of “souless rich people” in the middle of absolutely nothing.

(I actually like Midland; lots of Midland people come to Ruidoso, NM – which is the skiing part of the “ski and clay pots” part of the map.)

Lots and lots and lots and lots of oil wells and the jobs that go with them is what West Texas is.

I’m guessing you don’t have a warrant out for you in the Lone Star State anymore, Push?
