New Study Says Red Meat is Safe, But Is It?

I can’t put much faith in these meta-analyses or even primary research. This article brings up two important reasons why this IHME analysis is essentially meaningless: 1. The types and quantities of red meats consumed, and how they were prepared, weren’t taken into account. And, 2. What other foods were included in the diets of those whose meat consumption was tracked? If the subjects ate wheat thins, candy bars, bread and potatoes with their meat, then the insulin response created by this is a known contributor to the listed maladies - as this article states. I’d like to see a study done with pure carnivores with quantity and types of meats consumed and prep methods, vs. high processed carb eaters. Track before and after blood work, weight, body fat %, etc.

Another study in regards to meat and longevity:

About two weeks after my 2:nd shot my heart-rate started to climb from mid 40s to over 100! When the pressure on my chest were getting too bad I went to the emergency-room, myocarditis! LOTS of tests and the endresult is that I have to take two heartmedicins for the rest of my life! The biggest mistake in my lift to take those two shots! I guess some wanker will say it was a coincident and not related at all… Unfortunately I’m not alone, LOTS of people have similar stories, many a LOT worse!

Peer-reviewed study: More COVID shots mean HIGHER RISK of infection
