Apparently the Iraqi parliament voted that any extension of the UN mandate in Iraq require parliamentary approval.
They are also saying that they plan on blocking this extension, which would make US forces there an armed occupation.
I am trying to see if anyone else is picking up on this, but Paris Hilton just went to jail so you know how it is, maybe someone else can confirm if this as true or not.
