Not sure I would totally agree with this, based on my own personal experience. I started getting very irritated and sore spots underneath my nipple a few weeks ago. Started taking 100mg DIM in the form of the Nugenix Estro-Regulator, and after a few days the symptoms went away and I can say I feel better than ever.
Now I can’t back this up just yet with blood work, but I can tell you that symptoms came, I introduced DIM, and symptoms went away. FWIW.
Edit to add…the soreness wasn’t the only symptom. I had a very strong and hard heartbeat that would make me think I was a having a heart attack just about every night. I realized that this was anxiety and was escalating because of my fear of having a heart attack. This has completely vanished as well since I started the DIM.
I was taking it but it didnt do anything for me. I believe it was @anon10035199 but I think he crashed it once with toothpaste and another time when he smelled some biscuits baking.
They are 1mg pills but I bought a pill cutter. Symptoms I experience daily are tiredness, irritability/mood swings, low libido and it’s pretty difficult for me to lose weight.
Yes I’m still taking them. Everything seems to be ok right now so, unless I start becoming symptomatic, I’m going to keep everything consistent and see what my bloodwork tells me next month.
HAHAHA! That gave me a good laugh. Its true though.
DIM did put me in the shitter E2 wise, even on like 1 pill every 3 days. But it could have been an accumulated effect from taking more days earlier.
Also I think another factor why I kept tanking my e2 is my high SHBG and the fact that I was doing SUB Q, I think my e2 was borderline low to begin with. Now that im doing IM hopefully that wont happen again.
Will update shortly if 5000 IU a day is affecting my e2.
