Are corporations and small business the same thing? It is the corporations that bribe the politicians into keeping the threshold of competing so high, that it quells competition for them. Because the last thing they want is something threatening their cartel.
Income disparity exists because of the ultra-wealthy bribing politicians to make things go their way in detriment of the working class. Get money out of politics and have publically funded campaigns so that elections will have far less of a chance of being bought. Are you afraid of popular ideas? Because the ruling class is.
