Yes, I eat broccoli everyday, and it seems to keep my acne (e2) in control.

If youāre looking to get your DIM from whole food sources the most potent concentration is found in the broccoli sprouts. Not sure what quantity of broccoli (or sprouts) one would have to ingest in order to get an efficacious dose but eating your veggies is always a good idea regardless.
Sooooo, long story short⦠Donāt use Nettle Root and expect great results. I do believe it helped with high E2 symptoms some but it takes an ever increasing dose to maintain.
