Need to switch things up??

im currently on a cutting diet, and for the last 3-4 months ive been lifting heavy(4-6) rep range, why the results have been good expecially since i added hang cleans, heavy deads, and squats to my routine. should i possibly change it up a bit, going with edt or a higher rep scheme for a while. i was thinking something like edt for 4 weeks or so then back to liftin heavy, possibly max-ot or the 5x5 routine. so my question is would a 3-4 block of the higher rep training really benefit my liftin…or would i be sacrificing some lbm in the process…btw my diet is t-dawg 2.0…and is dialed in quite nicely, so that deff. isn’t a problem
