Need Advice from experienced people

I’ll make this quick. I was fat ass my whole life and then started eating healthier and exercising. Went from 242 lb. to 185 lb. Then I discovered more about eating more protein and six meals a day. I would consume about 100 g. pro/day. In two months, I went from 185 to 165. Now at this time was still largely uneducated and hadn’t come accross T-mag. I noticably lost fat, didn’t pay attention to retaining LBM, losing 2 lbs/week. Currently, 169-70, 5’11’’ and a modest 15%. I still want to cut down another 15 lbs. However, I feel that I my metabolism is shit. I am weaker than I was a year ago, mostly due to a shift from free weights to Bowflex (am back at free weights now) and probably from trying keto for a few months. My question is should I continue to work hard and cut or should I try to gain some muscle? Currently eating 250g pro, 100 g carb, 66g fat, about 2000kcal. I keep the protein high and balance out the carbs/fat. Train 4x week, cardio 3-4 x week.

Definitely try to put on some muscle. If nothing else to re-establish your metabolism. Figure out what your maintenance caloric intake should be and build up to this point while adding muscle. Once you hit a baseline then you can begin cutting again.
