You do realize that they make button up long sleeve shirts with different sized necks right? You may not find those at Wal Mart

It seems to vary going by his statement that you quoted.
He says it is bigger, then normal. How it does that I could only guess.

This thread is now closed. It will be reopened when you have at least a 20" neck.
Tailored shirt. Alternatively, tear the groin in a pair of pants and wear those as a shirt.
17" is not a big neck, but go to an upscale mens shop and buy a shirt that fits ie- they will measure you including your neck size and you will have a shirt that will button. I can’t believe someone would go on a forum and ask about getting a shirt to button like it a big problem.
Foam roll it.

I’m a little confused by this as well. I’ve never bought a dress shirt that wasn’t sized according to neck circumference and sleeve length (i.e. 17.5"x39"). I had no idea this was a problem. It’d be like a short, fat guy complaining that if he gets jeans that fit him in the waist, they’re too long.
No need to go to a high end store. Even walmart sells dress shirts by both neck circumference and sleeve length. I have a big neck (by OP’s standards) and short arms and have no problem finding shirts.
I don’t know I guess I’m the only one that feels like they are choking when the very top button is buttoned .

Convert to Mormon or Muslim and have them become sister wives.

No one expects a female hit man. You could show a little leg, lure the subject in, and WHAM. Use a .22 revolver with a suppressor.
Also, with wigs, etc, it’s much easier for women to radically change appearances.

Barry Manilow or perhaps Neil Diamond.

You probably have thyroid cancer. Makes the throat bigger.
Get a good custom shirt, as its always a shame when the corpse has an ill-fitting shirt.
