Unfortunately, the Warriors are fucked after they finish off the Nuggets. They’ll play San Antonio, who they haven’t beaten in San Antonio in about 20 years.
The good thing is that they’ve done this well against the Nuggets with three rookies (Harrison Barnes, Festus Ezeli, Draymond Green) and a second-year player (Klay Thompson) in their regular rotation and their second-best player in David Lee out since Game One. Bright future ahead for the Warriors, for the first time in about 25 years.
Dwight Howard topped himself last night. I always thought Bynum was the biggest dickhead in the league but Howard holds that spot now. He got that 2nd technical on purpose. He didn’t want to be out there so he took the easy way out. I’m not a Lakers fan but I really hope they don’t pick him up after this year.

This is why im not concerned about the idea of Howard going to brooklyn, or anywhere else for that matter. I wont believe that Howard can work well on a team with other big names until i see it, and so far he hasnt shown shit. He’s mentally weak and a crybaby.
Put him back on a another mediocre team like orlando and watch him flourish.

He’s a bum and a knucklehead.
After last night’s GS game, it looks like Bogut is the best big in the league.

seriously…a year ago if you told anybody that Dwight Howard and Kobe Bryant were gonna be on the same team, and barely manage to nab a playoff spot, then get swept in the first round, they wouldve laughed at you…

This, Dwight is the biggest cry baby ever. We have seen it all year with the free throw BS and the constant bitching. Spurs FTW!!

I’ve been saying this for 5 or so years. Hands down the most overrated dude in the league. Another example of the media (and Stern) manufacturing superstars. I’ll say this again too: anyone who gives this clown max money is fucking retarded.

This is true, but any team losing one of the 10 best players in the NBA is gonna feel that impact.

Either last night or night before, both Charles and Shaquille were pretty harsh on D12 and deservedly so. As one of em put it, you can’t still not have a go-to offensive move after this many years in the league.
As for max-contract, I’ll again mention Hibbert and E Gordon. Heck even J McGee got cheddar from DEN, so don’t expect anything different for D12.
And again, it’s everything to do with existing market and scarcity of athletic bigs, nothing to do with “deserve” or whatever it is one feels towards Howard, Bynum etc.

I actually had HOU last night. (and yeah, seriously sick statline from Carson Parsons)
Though to be honest, I’m more proud about the wins in both of ATL’s home games.

Good. Watched the game at work with no sound, but I’ll go ahead and agree with everything they said.
I’m sure some team will be dumb enough to hand him a max deal, they’d just be retarded to do it. As long as it’s not the Rockets or Lakers I won’t care too much.

Chandler Parsons. Kid can play. Think he’ll be a 18+, 5 & 5 guy in the very near future, provided the Rockets don’t sign Howard.

What’s funny is that that HOU squad actually makes a ton of sense for D12. More sense than DAL for example, or if LAL is determined to bring back D’Antoni etc.

Heh. Carson Parsons came from Rome’s radio show today.
Love the physicality of the Nuggets - Warriors series. Marc Jackson just made some comments accusing some Nugget players of playing dirty, notably Kenneth Faried, although he did qualify by saying he’s played with guys that were paid to ruffle feathers like Charles Oakley.
