Yeah… at my other my facility if you got caught with a cell phone you could do 2-4 years in jail, it was a criminal charge. And there were 6 phones for 96 people and we only got out 2 hours day and it was random which 2 hrs. So it was hard to get friends to post for you.

Yeah, when they revoked my bail, they had me in the same police van as Marla’s son from Joe Biden’s office. His charges didn’t have anything to do with mines. Were they just arresting people for Joe that day. Were they just trying to intimidate me or Marla, that they can arrest anyone at anytime.

i know all of you may not believe him, but for some reason last night he called my friends phone FROM THE PRISON because it used to be his friends old number… we have never heard of him before nor do we know him met him or even spoke to him before last night; not everyone lies…
i know many of you may not believe him, but last night he called my friends phone because a year ago it used to be his old friends number, he explained everything that was going on and he IS actually telling you the truth, he called from the prison and spoke to her. we have never heard, nor met or even knew of his existence until last night… not everyone lies. it may not make sense to you on what’s happened or how he is doing this, but he’s not lying.

I had to get transferred to another facility to get adderal. I wasn’t functional the way I should be until I got adderal
I dont give a rats ass for the OPs thread.
But how do a lot of big guys maintain or even increase their size with 3 meals a day?

-genetics
-able to get more food/ protein in alot of cases
-able to rest/sleep alot more in some cases
-never missing training sessions
-motivation resulting in training harder
-some arriving with many years of training and muscle under their belts, much easier to maintain than build from scratch
-relative leaness making them look bigger than they actually are in the first place

they’re not strictly limited to just eating at the chow hall. I haven’t begun working in the actual prison yet but from what I understand they can purchase stuff like peanut butter from the commissary.

At first when I was reading the posts I was like, NO WAY. But now we have proof that he’s not lying.
