I’ve been working out for about 3 weeks. Ive lost some weight before I started working out I weighted 220 and now I weight 206 but I’ve been stuck on 206 for a while now. I was wondering if theres any advice anyone has so that I can loose weight and/or gain muscle.

if your workouts dont resemble the philosophy in there, then adopt their plan and come back here in 2 months.
either way, weight loss is 70% nutrition 25% weights and 5% cardio.
whatever you eat currently, replace ANY carbs with a cup of broccoli/green beans with a little olive oil.

you lost 14 lbs in 3 weeks? thats way too much
yea i thought it was too much also the first week i lost 10 pounds, then the second week 2 pounds and then 2 more pounds on week 3
well if you are eating enough then you simply peed a lot i guess haha. honestly the weight on the scale can go up and down 10 lbs very easily in a day
