Here’s my opinion. I hate chicken legs. I think the combination of a big upper body and spindly little pencil legs is one of the stupidist looking things possible-- along with a few other freek imbalences. I think people who don’t train there legs would look better if they also didn’t bother training there upper body, because at least then there is some proportionality. I know this topic has come up before, but I just needed to whine about it some today.
I would also like to say that I believe the “curls in the power rack” people and the chicken leggers are not only partially overlapping, but one and the same.
