That’s a classic pyramid cycle you have choosen there. Nothing wrong with this approach. Sure it’s not as sexy as some front loading method but it’s OK.

Only thing you may want to consider is the addition of some test, say 200-400 mg weekly and modify the deca dose like this.

Deca Test.

  1. 200 200
  2. 300 300
  3. 400 400
  4. 400 400
  5. 200 300
  6.      200
    
  7.      200
    
  8. At end of week start PCT and continue for 3 weeks.

I know there are many other ways to spread your dosages and different patterns of use. I’m just illustrating to you based on your initial preference from your research. I like the ramp up style personally. I have cut your deca early to let it leave your system, the test is there to counteract deca’s dreaded loss of sex drive known as Deca dick. It happens to alot of guys. Plus Test stacks really well with Deca. Hope these basics help you.

i’m with bushboy. the doses are pretty low and pyrimiding is an “old school” approach. test should be run higher than the deca for obvious reasons, and also run 1 week longer due to half life. deca also lends itself to longer cycles due to its long half life. something to think about.

maybe something along these lines would be more appropriate:

weeks 1-9: test @ 500 mg, deca @ 400 mg
week 10: test @ 500 mg
PCT: start week 12

just a suggestion and some things to consider. if you really want to run a 6-8 weeker, then NPP and prop would be a better option. although a first timer may not want to jab that much.
