You can’t pct while taking those things. Period. Stop them after your last pin, take two weeks, then pct. And no judgment, just trying to keep you from hurting yourself.

some of those sarms are suppressive so def do not run during pct , he wont recover . iron_yuppie , im knew here but you seem very knowledgeable and patient . good on you

Alright so I started my SARMS cycle 3 weeks ago.
Right now I’m at 93 KG 14.2% BF.
I feel somewhat leaner?
Reaching new Personal records and working sets.
Breathe feels a little short at times also haven’t been follow my diet.
Starting my first pin on Saturday.

I started implementing more super sets and new exercises.

My joints are starting to hurt duh time to take some fish oil and joint supports. I purchased my first weightlifting belt can’t wait for it to come in the mail hehe.

Working sets. 4 sets
Before:
Bench press total: 60kg
Hack squats total: 60kg
Preacher curls on machine: 35kg
Stiff Leg Dead lifts: 80kg
Rope pull down (Triceps): about 28kg (80 pounds)

After:
Bench press total: 90kg ERROR in counting
Hack squats total: 80kg
Preacher curls on machine: 55kg (2 sets of 10, dropped to 50kg for 2 sets).
Cable fly’s: about 35 kg (40 pounds)
Stiff leg Dead lifts: 120kg
Rope pull down (Triceps): about 50kg (110 pounds)

You put FOURTY kilograms on you’re bench in 3 weeks?

the biggest surprise was that you thought you were ready for a cycle with a personal record of 60kg bench press & 60kg on your hack squat???

sorry might be harsh but I mean you did all your research re: supps + syringes etc but it seems like you forgot to actually work out lol gl with the cycle anyway mate

Hi all update:decided to not start pinning.

Got real bad kidney stones that I just recovered from; 6 Weeks I wasn’t able to attend the gym. I was in agonizing pain. Doctor said “Just let it pass normal” “Here are some anti-biotics” lmao. what a twat.

I’m now fine, lost gains (as I presumed). Won’t start a cycle any time soon anymore maybe in the future.
